Mars Rover Photo Reveals Iguana Blogger Claims

Waring, UFO Sightings Daily has previously posited the existence of other animals on Mars, including a rat or lizard and squirrel. Its Nov. 6 post says the iguana is visible in three photos taken Jan. 10 by NASA's Mars rover Curiosity. The purported tropical creature is most obvious in a shot time-stamped at 10:39:24 UTC (coordinated universal time). "To say it's just a rock would be very closed minded to the evidence at hand," Waring stated in his blog post. In May, the website posted Mars rover photos of what it said could be a rat or lizard. Photos of what appeared to be a squirrel were posted on the website in December, with the question, "Is NASA bringing test animals to Mars?" In the post about the iguana, Waring said 10 to 15 animals have been spotted in Mars photos to date.
