Fascinated by aviation since the late days of World War 2, Carl Feindt studied aircraft engineering at the Academy of Aeronautics (off LaGuardia Airport's runway) in New York City. After two years with the Air Force, he worked for a major airline for 34 years. He participated in an eight-year long research project that involved collecting newspaper reports of UFO activity in the state of Delaware. Intrigued by his findings of approximately 750 cases spanning a period of less than fifty years in this very limited geographical area, Carl was further struck by the number of UFOs which were seen entering or leaving water -- a feat which he knows to be impossible for conventional aircraft. He now runs WaterUFO.net, a website which collects and organizes information on water-related UFO cases.
