I looked with naked eye and noticed it looked like a star and I then grabbed my binoculars after about 3-4 mins into the observation and noticed is was white and quite bright but fuzzy, colour almost very light blue. What startled me it had a hole in the middle, did not seem to be a tower or bubble, just a hole. I followed it for about 15 mins, video edited to about 6 mins on attached video.It circled the NE sky about 2 times and on the second turn it took a direct path NE or more easterly direction and speed increased. I lost view of it over other downtown buildings. I have noticed similar wobbling craft in the past, this seems very similar to another capture I have on my collection of videos. I tried to get feedback from a lot of people to no avail so figure its time to send to MUFON. I have captured many odd objects and UFOs downtown Vancouver and I see a major trend and most objects are head in one specific area of the lower mainland. I have a background in Astronomy as a hobby and own telescopes, 2 night vision monoculars and binoculars and I have never seen an object like this in my life except for the other sightings earlier in the year. NASA's Kepler spacecraft detects planets by looking for transits, when a star dims slightly as a planet crosses in front of it. The smaller the planet, the weaker the dimming, so brightness measurements must be exquisitely precise. To enable that precision, the spacecraft must maintain a steady pointing.

Kepler's primary mission came to an end when the second of four reaction wheels used to stabilize the spacecraft failed. Without at least three functioning reaction wheels, Kepler couldn't be pointed accurately.

Rather than giving up on the plucky spacecraft, a team of scientists and engineers developed an ingenious strategy to use pressure from sunlight as a virtual reaction wheel to help control the spacecraft.

The resulting second mission, K2, promises to not only continue Kepler's search for other worlds, but also introduce new opportunities to observe star clusters, active galaxies, and supernovae.

Due to Kepler's reduced pointing capabilities, extracting useful data requires sophisticated computer analysis. Vanderburg and his colleagues developed specialized software to correct for spacecraft movements, achieving about half the photometric precision of the original Kepler mission.

Kepler's new life began with a 9-day test in February 2014. When Vanderburg and his colleagues analyzed that data, they found that Kepler had detected a single planetary transit.

They confirmed the discovery with radial velocity measurements from the HARPS-North spectrograph on the Telescopio Nazionale Galileo in the Canary Islands. Additional transits were weakly detected by the Microvariability and Oscillations of STars (MOST) satellite.

The newfound planet, HIP 116454b, has a diameter of 20,000 miles, two and a half times the size of Earth. HARPS-N showed that it weighs almost 12 times as much as Earth. This makes HIP 116454b a super-Earth, a class of planets that doesn't exist in our solar system. The average density suggests that this planet is either a water world (composed of about three-fourths water and one-fourth rock) or a mini-Neptune with an extended, gaseous atmosphere.

This close-in planet circles its star once every 9.1 days at a distance of 8.4 million miles. Its host star is a type K orange dwarf slightly smaller and cooler than our sun. The system is 180 light-years from Earth in the constellation Pisces.

Since the host star is relatively bright and nearby, follow-up studies will be easier to conduct than for many Kepler planets orbiting fainter, more distant stars.

Our plane was at about ten thousand feet and this whitish light seemed to be around the same altitude. It appeared to be stationary, but I assumed this was because it was moving toward us.Suddenly the light dropped more than a thousand feet straight down, and much more rapidly than free fall, or even a diving aircraft. I had to press up against the window to look down at it, and when I did, it executed a very sharp lateral course change and veered off east, out of my sight. It took a moment for me to allow this to sink in, and I looked at the person sitting next to me, on my right. I am seeing some very odd coincidences relating to the recent wave of mass shootings. I am simply listing them in this post. Please know, I did not attempt to fact check anything in this post. I am simply reflecting on the flood of information on the internet.

DR. STEVEN GREER'S DOCUMENTERY

A 40 year old soldier, Michael Page opened fire at a Sikh Temple in Wisconsin this past Sunday, killing seven people.This story has intersected with the UFO field.

Dr. Steven Greer is presently in production on a UFO documentary titled SIRIUS: THE NEXT BOLD STEP IN DISCLOSURE.

This film is purported to documents the UFO cover-up, and features the work and research of Dr. Greer. The director of the project is a young man named Amardeep Kaleka. One of those killed in Wisconsin was Amardeep Kaleka's father, Satwant Singh Kaleka, he was the Sikh temple president.

Please know, I have very strong opinions on the self-absorbed way Dr. Greer promotes himself, and he has hinted strongly that there is information in this upcoming documentary that "is so important that it will force the disclosure of UFO secrecy". During his years in the public eye, Dr. Greer has made plenty of absolutely outrageous claims with absolutely nothing to back them up.

There is a lot of on-line chatter that this was a hit to silence the documentary project. I cannot speak to this, but I can say it is a very odd coincidence.

The 40-year old Neo-Nazi who allegedly shot and killed the people in Wisconsin, Wade Michael Page, reportedly lived in Littleton, Colorado from 2000 to 2007. A man bearing the same name was reportedly convicted of DUI in 1999 in Denver. Page was also ticketed for driving without a valid license in 1999. Littleton is where Columbine shooting happened in 1999 (coincidentally, on Hitler's birthday). At present it is unclear if Page was living in (or near) Littleton at the time of the Columbine massacre. Page also had a large 9-11 tattoo.

According to sources in the Army, Page enlisted in April 1992 and later become a psychological operations specialists assigned to a battalion at Fort Bragg, N.C. I am unclear what this might mean.

DAN MICHELL AND HIS LINK TO THE EVENTS IN WISCONSIN

There is an acquaintance of mine who writes about his personal experiences in a blog titled Transmissions from the Imaginal. The author, Dan Mitchell wrote a post about his close connections to the dark event in Wisconsin. Mitchell wrote:

This is now the second mass shooting I have been near at the exact moment it has taken place.I recognize that these connections are very bizarre. I don't know what to make of them either. LOREN COLEMAN AS A MODERN MYSTIC

Fortien Author Loren Coleman has been blogging a LOT about these events at his blog THE COPYCAT EFFECT.

In the days before the shooting, he had accurately predicted there would be a powerful event relating to the upcoming BATMAN movie, he noted the day it would happened, July 20th.

COLEMAN HAD A PARANORMAL EXPERIENCE IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS OF JULY 20TH, HE WOKE OUT OF A SOUND SLEEP TO HEAR SOMEONE CALLING HIS NAME. THIS HAPPENED WITHIN HOURS OF THE EVENT IN COLORADO. I'll also add that I have had some personal correspondence with Mr. Coleman, and I have come to recognize there is a depth and an insight that he doesn't share in some of his public appearances and interviews. I sense he is much more of a mystic than a scholar.

UFO RESEARCHER AT THE SITE OF THE AURORA EVENT
