W"ahrend UFOs hierzulande noch immer als Science Fiction behandelt werden, reden russische Milit"ars jetzt offen von UFOs als Bedrohung der nationalen Sicherheit.Von Norbert FleischerDie Nachricht schlug gestern morgen ein wie eine Bombe: Unter der dezenten "Uberschrift "18 Sicherheitsbedrohungen" warnte das renommierte russische Wissenschaftsmagazin vpr-news.ru (WPR) vor nichts Geringerem als einer "ausserirdischen Bedrohung". Die Meldung, die Wissenschaftler der ganzen Welt wohl in den kommenden Wochen besch"aftigen wird, warnt vor "ausserst beklagenswerten Ubergriffen von Ausserirdischen auf Menschen.
In ihrem Gastbeitrag finden die zwei namhaften Kriegsexperten, Professor Juri Podgornych, Mitglied der Akademie f"ur Milit"arwissenschaften, und Milit"ar-Dozent Wassili Dolgow deutliche Worte. Nach allgemeinen Analysen "uber die Entwicklung der NATO widmet sich der Artikel zu rund einem Drittel nur der Gefahr durch UFOs und Aliens:
- "Zahlreiche Forscher aus verschiedenen L"andern weisen darauf hin, dass die Herkunft dieser UFOs und ihre Ziele vorerst unbekannt sind."

Selbst Skeptiker d"urften diesmal verbl"ufft sein, wie offiziell Russland mit der Erkl"arung eines Angeh"origen der staatlichen Milit"arakademie umgeht: "Stimme Russlands", der offizielle Auslandsnachrichtenkanal des Kreml, Pendant zur "Deutschen Welle", vermeldete bereits gestern vormittag als erstes Medium die "Alien-Aggression" - schon in der "Uberschrift. Klar d"urfte zumindest einigen etablierten Medien sein: Ohne das Okay von ganz Oben h"atte es diesen Artikel wohl nicht gegeben. So berichtete beispielsweise focus.de: "Keine Satire! Milit"arexperten sicher: Aliens bedrohen Russland!". "Menschheit in Reservat verwandelt" titelt der Nachrichtensender n-tv. Die zweitgr"osste "uberregionale Tageszeitung "Osterreich"(oe24.at): "Experten: Aliens bedrohen Russland".
Doch woher nehmen die Milit"arwissenschaftler ihre Gewissheit, dass UFOs tats"achlich eine Bedrohung f"ur die nationale Sicherheit der Russischen F"oderation darstellen? Eines ist klar: Aus amerikanischen Science-Fiction-Filmen wohl eher nicht.
DAS GEHEIME UFO-PROGRAMM DER SOWJETS
Nur wenigen ist bekannt, dass nicht nur die Amerikaner, sondern auch die Sowjets ein geheimes staatliches Programm zur Aufkl"arung der fremden Objekte unterhielten: Projekt "Sedka". Dieses f"orderte Erkenntnisse zu Tage, von denen Paul Stonehill im ExoMagazin Ausgabe 1/2012 berichtet hatte.
Laut dem geb"urtigen Ukrainer und Journalist Stonehill sei das geheime sowjetische UFO-Forschungsprogramm von Mitte der 1970er bis in die fr"uhen 1980er Jahre aktiv gewesen: "S"amtliche staatliche Stellen und Beh"orden der Sowjetunion wurden angewiesen, mit allen ihnen zur Verf"ugung stehenden Mitteln Informationen "uber UFOs einzuholen, diese an das Projekt zu "ubermitteln und ihnen in jeder anderen denkbaren Weise zu helfen", erkl"arte Stonehill - eine Art "Generalmobilmachung" aller Beh"orden der gesamten Sowjetunion. Und die angeforderten Berichte, sie kamen.
Paul Stonehill berichtete unter anderem "uber ein silbriges zylinderf"ormiges Objekt, das sich in Sibirien "uber einer geheimen Waffentestanlage in mehrere andere Zylinder aufgespaltet hatte: "Diese Objekte machten den Milit"ars grosse Sorgen. Sie versuchten, sie abzuschiessen und verloren dabei vier oder f"unf Flugzeuge und Raketen." Mindestens drei weitere verlorene Angriffsflugzeuge seien von anderen Vorf"allen bekannt, aus den Jahren 1967, 1976 und 1991.
RIESIGE, HUMANOIDE WESEN
Aus Woronesch (rd. 500 Kilometer s"udwestlich von Moskau) wurde 1982 die erste Landung eines UFOs gemeldet: Der Chef der dort durchgef"uhrten geheimen Flugzeugtests rief sogar telefonisch die Wissenschaftler des "Sedka"-Projekts zu Hilfe. Stonehill: "Sie sollten ihre Leute her schicken, bei ihm st"urzten seit Tagen die Flugzeuge ab, weil permanent UFOs auftauchten. Als die Soldaten die Landestelle eines der Raumschiffe erreichten, fl"uchtete von dort ein etwa 2,50 Meter grosses, humanoides Wesen, gekleidet in einen silberfarbenen Anzug. Dieses stieg in ein anderes Flugobjekt ein und fl"uchtete damit."
Selbst die Reaktorkatastrophe von Tschernobyl sei von UFOs begleitet worden. "Zeugen berichteten von einem feurigen Objekt, das "uber der brennenden Anlage auftauchte und mit einem weissen Lichtstrahl half, das Feuer zu l"oschen", erkl"arte der Journalist.
UNIDENTIFIZIERTE SUBMARINE OBJEKTE (USOS)
Neben Ph"anomenen in der Luft informierte Stonehill auch "uber solche unter Wasser und unter der Erde. 1982 seien riesige Menschen seien unter Wasser gesichtet worden - von Tauchern w"ahrend einer "Ubung im Baikalsee: "Ohne Atemger"at waren diese Wesen auf dem Grund des Sees dabei, irgendeine Arbeit zu verrichten"." Ihr Kommandant befahl, diese Wesen einzufangen, doch das schlug fehl - die Fremden fl"uchteten. In der Folge seien jedoch vier beteiligte Taucher gestorben, da vor Ort keine Dekompressionskammer verf"ugbar war. Stonehill ist "uberzeugt, dass es sein ver"offentlichter Bericht "uber den Fall war, der Wladimir Putin 2009 dazu veranlasste, der r"atselhaften Erscheinung im Baikalsee an Bord eines U-Bootes auf den Grund zu gehen.Nicht identifizierbare submarine Objekte (USOs) wurden in der entfernten Provinz gesichtet: Im Saressee im zentralasiatischen Tadschikistan, von wo aus man die USA mit elektronischem Ger"at ausspionierte, "beobachteten Soldaten mehrfach grosse, scheibenf"ormige Objekte, die in den See hinein und hinaus flogen", so Stonehill. Weil die Sowjetunion nicht mehr existiere, falle es einigen ehemaligen Armeegener"alen leichter als ihren amerikanischen Kollegen, sich "uber solche F"alle zu "aussern. Stonehill: "Dabei haben wir erfahren, dass riesige unterseeische Objekte gesehen wurden, und zwar im Schwarzen Meer und im nordwestpazifischen Ochotskimeer. Mutige Gener"ale wie Michail Gerstein haben diese Berichte gesammelt. In der N"ahe der strategisch wichtigen Halbinsel Kola wurden riesige, r"aderf"ormige Scheiben gefunden, so gross wie ein zehnst"ockiges Haus. Riesige U-Boot-"ahnliche Objekte bewegten sich mit unglaublicher Geschwindigkeit unter Wasser fort."
ARCH"aOLOGISCHE SENSATION
Auch unter der Erde wurden russische Forscher f"undig. In Zeiten kurz nach der Oktoberrevolution, so Stonehill, entdeckte man bei arch"aologischen Ausgrabungen nahe der Ritarskaja-Strasse in Kiew ein riesiges, raketenf"ormiges Objekt. "Beim Versuch, es auszugraben, "ausserte der B"urgermeister ernste Bedenken: Was man da gefunden habe, solle nicht ausgegraben, sondern zuk"unftigen Generationen "uberlassen werden. Das tat man auch. Aber 1948 gruben die Russen das Objekt aus und schickten es in Teilen nach Moskau. Drinnen fand man dann Inschriften in altem Sanskrit und weitere interessante Dinge. Es war zehntausende Jahre alt"."
GEHEIME ANTI-ALIEN-KOOPERATION IM KALTEN KRIEG
Aber auch bemerkenswerte gemeinsame Projekte mit den USA zu Zeiten des Kalten Krieges gab es - die f"ur Stonehill darauf hindeuten, dass beiden verfeindeten Staaten schon damals eine Gefahr aus dem All bekannt gewesen sein k"onnte. Ein Jahr vor dem deutschen Mauerfall entsandten die Sowjetunion und die USA demnach zwei Sonden ins All, die den Marsmond Phobos untersuchen sollten. "Da sollten Laser-Experimente durchgef"uhrt werden", berichtete Stonehill. "Die Sonden hatten definitiv eine Art Waffe an Bord"." Von beiden Sonden kam jedoch nur eine beim Mars an. Als sie auf dem Mond landen sollte, sei pl"otzlich ein "25 Kilometer grosses Objekt, das dort nicht sein sollte" aufgetaucht - seitdem ist Phobos 2 verschollen. Das letzte von ihr gesendete Foto zeige dieses Objekt. Die Wissenschaftler in Ost und West, so Stonehill. seien danach davon ausgegangen, dass es auf Phobos "ein Objekt gibt, eine Markierung, von der man nicht will, dass wir dort eindringen"." Das Interesse an dem Mond riss jedoch nicht ab: Ende 2011 entsandte Russland die 3. Sonde namens Phobos Grunt. Sie sollte urspr"unglich erst in diesem Monat, im August 2014, mit Bodenproben des Mondes wieder auf der Erde eintreffen. Auf Grund technischer Probleme in der Erdumlaufbahn st"urzte sie jedoch Tage nach dem Start ab und vergl"uhte in der Atmosph"are.
Die ersten UFO-Berichte, so Stonehill, seien bereits auf Befehl von Josef Stalin pers"onlich angefertigt worden, der sich genauestens "uber den Roswell-Fall von 1947 informieren wollte.
UFO-DISCLOSURE IN RUSSLAND?
Den Wissenschaftlern Podgornych und Dolgow scheint es nun ernst zu sein, dem UFO-Ph"anomen auf den Grund zu gehen - und zwar mit alleroberster Priorit"at. Sie schreiben:
- "Die Welt steht an einer Schwelle, wo die UFO-Sicherheit an Bedeutung gewinnt, und zwar neben weiteren Komponenten sowohl auf nationaler als auch auf internationaler Ebene"."
- "Es w"are ja sinnlos, gegen den Terrorismus und die Kriminalit"at zu k"ampfen, demografische und weitere Probleme zu l"osen, geistige, ideologische und soziale Werte in einem Land oder in einer Region zu verteidigen, falls die Erdbev"olkerung durch eine ausserirdische Einwirkung zum Verkommen verurteilt wird"."
Mit ihrer schonungslos offenen Analyse des UFO-Ph"anomens haben Prof. Podgornych und Dr. Dolgow jedenfalls einen wichtigen Beitrag f"ur die "offentliche Debatte geleistet, m"oglicherweise auch einen Anstoss f"ur mehr Offenheit bei deutschen Beh"orden. Wie es beispielsweise der Bundeswehr gelingen wird, ihre jahrzehntelange Ablehnung des Themas zu "uberwinden, bleibt indes abzuwarten
