The Aryan Race is the "master race" in Hitler's view. This does not mean supremacy in its entirety. What it means is that Aryans are the race that lays the foundation for an impressive High Culture - that is a culture which goes beyond just one region or territory, but dominates a continent, a hemisphere or even the entire world.
